Danky App Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to Danky App! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Danky App mobile application ("the App") and any related services provided by Danky ("the Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features or services provided by the App.

User Accounts and Registration
a. To access certain features and services of the App, you need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.
b. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Developer immediately.

User Data and Privacy
a. The App may collect and process user data, including but not limited to personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data in accordance with the App's Privacy Policy.
b. The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect user data, but it does not guarantee the security of data transmission over the internet. You understand that data transmitted through the App may be subject to interception, unauthorized access, or data breaches.

User Content
a. By using the App, you may have the opportunity to submit content, including but not limited to text, images, and multimedia ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App and providing its services.
b. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content, and that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property
a. The App and its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the Developer's express written permission.

Prohibited Activities
a. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Interfering with the App's operation or infringing on the rights of other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Engaging in any activity that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The App and its services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The Developer disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the App or its services.

Modifications to Terms
a. The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States Of America.
